Long lines need visual continuity.
The hood, roof and rear deck can read as one composition. Stripe width, spacing and where graphics stop should be planned together so the result feels intentional from the front, side and rear.
Wrap planning · Hillside, NJ
Build a look around the Mustang’s long hood, defined shoulders and performance details. A full color change, carefully placed stripes or a few accents can each tell a different story.

The body changes the plan
Body lines · stripes · contrast
The hood, roof and rear deck can read as one composition. Stripe width, spacing and where graphics stop should be planned together so the result feels intentional from the front, side and rear.
An S197, S550 (2015–2023) or S650 (2024+) needs its own assessment. GT, EcoBoost and performance variants can differ in hood details, bumpers and aero. The plan follows the actual panels and fitted parts, not one generic Mustang pattern.
Factory or aftermarket stripes may need removal before the new finish. Their age, adhesive and the paint beneath them affect preparation. We also discuss whether emblems stay, are removed or are incorporated into the design.
Before we beginGeneration, trim and factory graphics
Choose your scope
A consistent finish across the painted body that brings the hood and rear haunches into one visual statement.
Choose width, spacing, finish and the panels they cross. Final placement is planned around hood features, panel gaps and existing graphics.
Targeted contrast can change the car’s character with less coverage. Painted roof panels, spoilers and mirrors are discussed individually; fabric tops are outside a vinyl body-wrap scope.
Choose the way light moves
Choose the visual result, then compare physical film samples in more than one light. Screen colors are not a substitute for the material.
Brings a strong reflection to the long hood and pronounced rear shoulders.
Emphasizes muscle and contour while keeping reflected light softer.
Creates contrast against a gloss body, especially when used selectively on suitable hood or roof surfaces.
Makes the centerline or side profile the focus. Compare samples together to judge color, sheen and contrast.
Price & timing
Cost and installation time follow the agreed scope. Confirm the film, preparation, visible edges and extra coverage before comparing quotes.
An older coupe, newer fastback and convertible can involve different panels, trim and preparation needs.
A full exterior change, roof accent and custom stripe package have different material and layout requirements.
Old adhesive, refinished panels and damaged clear coat affect what can be wrapped and how much preparation is needed.
Bespoke graphics, spoiler details, door jambs and specialty finishes add work. Confirm them before comparing estimates or reserving installation time.
Your written quote confirms the scope, preparation, expected installation window and applicable film and workmanship terms. No installation date is reserved by submitting this form.

Yes, stripes or selected accents can be discussed as their own project. The design, film and panel coverage are agreed around your Mustang’s body lines and paint condition.
This guide focuses on Mustang coupes and convertibles. The Mach-E has a different body and requires a separate assessment; tell us the exact model when requesting a quote.
Vinyl can reveal underlying texture and edges. Existing stripes, damaged clear coat and repaired panels need inspection. Required removal or paint repairs should be addressed before the new film is installed.
