Information you provide

When you request a quote, you may provide your name, phone number, vehicle details, service interest and an optional message. We use this information to respond to the request and coordinate potential services.

Website measurement

If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, the site may collect limited device, page-view and interaction data through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Google Ads. These services are only loaded when their configuration IDs are present.

Our production website also uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views, visitor estimates, referring websites, approximate location and device information. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors. We remove URL query parameters and fragments from the page-view URL sent to this service and do not send quote-form fields as custom analytics events. These statistics describe website activity, not confirmed calls, bookings or customers.

To connect a quote request with its advertising source, the site can temporarily retain advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters in your browser tab’s session storage. These values can be used for up to 24 hours while the tab remains open and are included with a quote you submit. This storage does not contain your name, phone number or message.

Service providers

When available, live chat is provided by tawk.to and connects only after you choose to open it. The provider processes messages, any contact details you choose to share and technical/session information needed to deliver and maintain the conversation. It may use cookies or browser storage for chat continuity. See tawk.to’s privacy policy. You can use the phone or quote form instead. Please do not share payment details or sensitive documents in chat.

Our custom chat analytics record that the chat was opened, a first visitor message was sent, or an offline message was submitted. These events do not include message text, names, email addresses or phone numbers, and do not by themselves represent a qualified lead or paying customer. A browser-tab session marker helps prevent duplicate first-message counts.

Quote information may be sent to the inquiry system configured by Gloss Shield. Website hosting and measurement providers may process limited technical data to operate and evaluate the site.

Your choices

You may contact the studio to ask about information submitted through the website. Do not submit sensitive financial, identification or payment information through the quote form.
